Health Hub Narwee is a mixed billing medical practice. Bulk Billing services are available, meaning there is no gap payment for eligible Medicare/ DVA card holders.

Out of pocket fees may be charged for private consultations or Allied Health services. For our fees schedule and those regarding allied health services, procedures, and other treatments, please enquire with our reception staff.

For Worker’s Compensation or Motor Vehicle Injury consultations are Not covered by Medicare. Please provide us with your claim number and employer information so we can bill the relevant insurer.

NON ATTENDANCE POLICY:

A non-attendance fee of $50 is charged if a patient cancelled the appointment in less than 1 hour, or failed to attend the doctor’s appointment without any notice.

All allied health appointments require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. A Non-Attendance Fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged if patient is unable to attend the appointment.
